Shipping and rates outside the United Arab Emirates
Is subject to shipping provider’s terms, conditions, and policies.
Deliveries are made as per Courier work timings.

How do I check the status of my order?

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Shipping to P.O.Boxes is not available, please ensure you have a physical address where the delivery associates can reach you before completing your order.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 15 days.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 15 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
